I like to add coconut water as the base. It's hydrating and adds a nice, no-sugar added sweetness to the mixture. The frozen banana helps thicken the acai base. The fun and delicious part is all of the toppings. Use fresh, organic fruit. If you don't have peanut butter, sub for almond, cashew or a seed butter. The chia and hemp seeds add a nice texture and bee pollen is great for immunity health. That's what makes this "just right."
